Christmas Delivery Hours

The Badass Store will be closed from December 23 until Jan 5. For delivery between Xmas and New Year last orders need to be received by 10am on December 23.  To guarantee delivery before Xmas please ensure order is placed by 5pm Monday December 20. 

Any orders placed between December 23 and Jan 4 will be delivered after January 5.

Parcels will be sent from Auckland, New Zealand, after your payment has been confirmed. Within New Zealand, we target overnight dispatch (Monday-Friday) for orders received before 3pm. We will email you to confirm. If your address is Rural Delivery it may delay the parcel by a 1-2 days - this depends on your local driver. There is no extra charge for Rural Delivery.

If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

Delivery Charges NZ/AU

  • Free shipping New Zealand-wide on all orders over $100.00 including GST.
  • All other orders: New Zealand Flat Rate $4.95 including GST via New Zealand Couriers (tracked)
  • Australia Flat Rate $7.50 for Trail Toes products and $15 for everything else, including GST via NZ Post. Please allow 5-7days from dispatch.
  • The courier will only go to a street address. No deliveries can be made to PO Box.

Exceptions

In some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy (e.g. bulk orders) or delivery is to a remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than those anticipated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

  1. For large/heavy items (e.g.bulk orders), the delivery charge is POA.
  2. Please note also that deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) may incur additional costs.
  3. Special offer periods may apply.

International Delivery

We ship to New Zealand and Australia only. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.  For addresses outside of these two countries, please contact us as anything is possible!

Exchanges

We don't charge additional courier fees for exchanges within New Zealand.  So if you're not completely happy with the fit, you can return it to us and we'll send a replacement out to you so you've got it in your hands within 24 hours (see above for rural deliveries).  For more information on our returns policy, click here.
