We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase which is why we have a no-fuss returns policy and you can take as long as 60 days to do so. So, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with one of the following options: a store credit, a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price, or an exchange. Contact us when ready or you can drop the product back to us at our Auckland warehouse. Please note that return items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact. If you are exchanging a product for a different size, we will not charge you with additional courier costs. We aim for a very fast turnaround on exchanges and with overnight delivery and can have a replacement product to you within 24 hours. Please see our shipping and delivery policy for more detail.
Please do not attach the address label to the shoe box and return it as this is not is a resellable condition. Please package the box appropriately by wrapping in paper or cardboard first.

Any items that are on sale or have a price reduced can be returned to us for a store credit note. During sale times, we might not have the size that you need to exchange for, but are happy to arrange a credit note. This would be in the form of a voucher code which you can use for future purchases. We do not provide a credit card refunds for sale items, just a credit note that you can use later.
